Floor Plans of the Past

A 1920s split-level home that has been transformed into a renovated, modern residence.

As one of the first split-level houses constructed in 1923, it's historical significance and architectural allure were undeniable. Originally a humble 3-bedroom, 1-bath dwelling, it has now been lovingly transformed into a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath haven.

Upon entering, the lower floor reveals a captivating metamorphosis. Once an enclosed porch, it now stands as a welcoming living room, adorned with sunlight streaming through its windows. The garage and heater spaces have been seamlessly combined, birthing a grand kitchen and dining area, where culinary delights are prepared and cherished memories are shared around a generously proportioned dining table.

Each room has been thoughtfully reimagined to offer comfort and functionality. The bedrooms, now increased in number, provide ample space for restful nights and personal retreats. The addition of two extra bathrooms brings convenience and ease to daily routines, while the preserved architectural elements from the 1920s maintain a nostalgic atmosphere.
